By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Fireworks are not sold to or for use by persons under 18. Sri Balaji Crackers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged.
3. Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders with a status of Pending can be modified using the order modification feature on this website. To cancel an order, please contact us directly — cancellations are not available through the website. Once an order status changes to Processing or beyond, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Payment
This website does not process or store any payment information online. No online payment is required to place an order — our team will contact you after you place your order to arrange payment.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control including public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or force majeure events. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any significant delays.
6. Returns
For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on fireworks products once they have been delivered or collected. If you receive a product that is clearly defective or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
